Since 1984, the LEADER brand has served clients with distinction. Our services have included brand marketing strategy, sports marketing, public relations, event management, and executive consulting and coaching.

We have served some of the world's most recognized corporate brands and personalities including Fortune 50 companies, private entities, and non-profit organizations in over thirty countries. Today, instead of housing a large staff in multiple buildings, we utilize our network of experienced professionals working remotely and locally to meet our client's diverse business needs.

RANDALL M. THRASHER  Managing Partner & CEO

Randy has 40 years of executive management experience serving corporations and non-profit organizations in most geographic regions of the world. He leads the Leader Associates team in serving clients with straightforward analysis and practical solutions. 

Previously, Randy served as a consulting Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its global media and communications practice. As a former Partner with PwC, Randy transitioned into the position of Chairman and CEO of Leader Enterprises, Inc. for the next fifteen years. He and his team grew Leader into a national marketing and communications firm. He later joined the National Christian Foundation as Chief Marketing & Relationship Officer in 2015 and served for five years. 

Most recently, Randy has extended the LEADER brand by establishing Leader Associates, Inc. to continue serving clients with insightful and practical business solutions.

Along the way, Randy founded several nonprofits and consulted to over 200 ministries and charities. He also served six years in the U.S. Army Reserves and graduated from the University of Alabama School of Commerce & Business. He is a frequent speaker in business settings and Bible studies. His faith and family are his priorities.
